Company Terms and Conditions:

Thank you for choosing CarbonWare. By using our website, you agree to the policies and conditions below:

  • All items are sold on "as is" basis. None of the items offered on this web site have expressed or implied warranty coverage (except when clearly stated in the product description).
  • Some items are only intended for trade shows, static display vehicles, or for off-road racing vehicles. Public road and highway uses are strictly prohibited. Please check your local and state laws regarding the legal use of these products. CarbonWare will not be responsible for any legal issues arising from the usage of the items. Buyer assumes all risk of liability related to this purchase.
  • All items should be professionally installed.
  • We are not responsible for any installation fees that may be incurred for the installation of the products sold on this website.
  • Sales tax of 8.25% will be charged automatically to buyers with a California shipping address. Tax exemption can only be applied to wholesale orders with a minimum purchase.
  • We are not responsible for any custom/brokerage fees, taxes or duties related to international orders.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notification.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time without reason. An email notification will be sent to you about the cancellation. If we have already received your payment we will fully refund you for the payment received.
  • In the case that all or part of your order is backordered, we will ship out the items in stock first, and refund you for the rest of the order. When the backordered items become available again, we will send you an email notifying about item availability.
  • The pictures, graphics and texts in this website are property of CarbonWare. Materials on this website can not be used without our written consent. Unauthorized use of these materials may lead to criminal or civil lawsuits.
  • CarbonWare reserves the right to update the policies and conditions displayed on this website, and you agree to be bounded by them at any time.

 

Return Policy:

  • Please inspect your order and confirm that it is what you ordered before installation. No returns will be accepted for products that have been installed or modified in any way.  Please do not accept shipment until items are inspected for damages.  Do not sign a release with the trucking company until items are inspected for any damages and reported to the driver.
  • Inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Shortages, damages, or wrong parts must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to sales@carbonware.com or call (626) 820-1334. All packaging material should be kept for inspection. Do not return damaged or wrong products unless instructed by CarbonWare.
  • All returns must be in original box and in brand new, resale condition.   Altered items are not returnable.
  • No returns after 7 days of delivery.
  • Store credit will be issued for returns. We do not offer cash refunds. Exceptions to the policy include damaged products, defective items, incorrect items, or if the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued only when the item's condition has been proven via pictures, labels, or upon our inspection. At our discretion, we may reimburse shipping charges or issue a pre-paid shipping label for a return when an original shipping receipt is provided.
  • A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returned products. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.   Buyer is responsible for shipping fees.
  • No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from CarbonWare. You can obtain the return authorization number (RA#) by contacting us at sales@carbonware.com or at (626) 820-1334. To return a product, write the RA# outside the returning package; otherwise, packages containing returns will be refused. Include a note inside with the order #, name, daytime telephone #, and reason for return.
  • If your package is "Returned to Shipper" for any reason, there will be a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you are an international customer, any customs/brokerage fees, taxes or duties paid by CarbonWare is also non-refundable.

 

BODY KIT DISCLAIMER: Body kits, including bumpers, bumper lips, side skirts, and hoods require professional installation. In the event that the body kit does not fit or is defective upon installation we will require the following for exchange or return:

  • The contact information of the body shop, including address and phone number.
  • A letter with letterhead from the body shop that describes in details the problem with the installation.
  • The license number of the body shop.

If the above requirements are not met the body kit will not be eligible for exchange or return.

 

Payment Policy:

For USA customers, we accept credit cards MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders.

For international customers, we only accept American Express and international money orders with the clearing bank in the USA. No exceptions. You can obtain a physical money order from your bank.

Please read carefully regarding the restrictions for each type of payment:

Credit Card

We can only ship to the billing address of your credit card. If you would like us to ship your order to an address other than the billing address, please choose other payment options.

When you click on the 'Final Checkout' button, your credit card information will be submitted for processing. If the authorization is not approved, your credit card will not be charged, but your issuing credit card company will put a temporary hold on the funds. Your credit card limit will be reduced by the amount charged and by the number of times your transaction fails. For example, if your transaction fails twice, then your credit card limit will be reduced by two times the amount charged. Your credit card company will reissue the funds to your account after 3 – 7 business days. Please contact your credit card company for more information. CarbonWare does not receive any funds if your transaction fails no matter how many times your credit card is charged so we cannot issue refunds in such situations.

Additional credit card ownership verification may be requested at CarbonWare's discretion.

Personal/Company Check

We can ship to any address that you provide.

Check payments will be held for 10 business days to be cleared before shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

To ensure prompt and timely shipment, please be sure to write down your order number and include the following information on a separate sheet of paper, in legible writing:

  • Order number
  • Email address
  • Full name of the recipient
  • Shipping address
  • Daytime phone number

 

Money Order/Cashier's Check

We will ship to any address that you provide.

International money orders or Bank Drafts will be held for 14 business days to be cleared before shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

To ensure prompt and timely shipment, please be sure to write down your order number and include the following information on a separate sheet of paper, in legible writing:

  1. Order number
  2. Email address
  3. Full name of the recipient
  4. Shipping address
  5. Daytime phone number

 

Shipping Policy:

Orders usually require up to 48 hours to process before they are shipped. Estimated delivery time is based on the selected shipping method plus order processing time.

Note: Premium products may require a special order. Orders that contain premium products usually require up to 7 business days before they can be shipped. If the order is cancelled within 7 business days by no fault of CarbonWare, a 25% cancellation fee will be applied toward the product price.

Please remember to select the appropriate state/country and shipping service that corresponds to your delivery address on the order page. If this information does not correspond correctly with the delivery address, we reserve the right to withhold your order from shipment until the situation is corrected, and will contact you by phone or email to discuss the appropriate shipping rates.

For standard delivery (excluding oversized items), we use UPS Ground to ship our orders to UPS Ground deliverable addresses. Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days.

If UPS Ground delivery is not available for your shipping address and/or your order contains one or more oversized items, then another shipping carrier will be used. Delivery time may vary by carrier. Shipping carriers other than UPS may not provide a tracking number, but you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping date once your order is shipped.

Note: If you provided an invalid email address or did not include an email with your order, then you will not receive an email confirmation.

In the case that your order contains an oversized item and can be shipped by UPS, the shipping and handling fee will be automatically calculated for 30 lbs or 70 lbs according to dimensional weight.

We ship worldwide and we will use the shipping carrier suitable for your country.

Please note that all of our orders are insured and we are not able to use a customer's own shipping carrier account for the shipments.

We are not responsible for any custom/brokerage fees, taxes or duties that may be encountered if you are an international customer.

Orders from CarbonWare

The shipping and handling fee will be automatically calculated during checkout according to your shipping service selection except for shipping to Other Countries (we will email you for the specific shipping rate):

  • Continental USA - Ground
  • P.O. Boxes, HI, AK, PR, GU, MP, VI, Military Address

 

Note: Oversize items can only be shipped to a physical address, no P.O. Box or Military Address. Orders with oversize items to be shipped to US islands or territories (AK, HI, GU, MP, PR, and VI) will receive an email with the total amount to be paid.

Free Shipping promotion applied to specific products is valid only for ground delivery to physical addresses within continental United States. Lower 48 States.
